continued their undefeated streak in defence of their 2006 Canadian Bowl
victory with a 28-8 win over the South Surrey Rams. Andrew Harris once
again led the way with an outstanding 252 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns. The Chilliwack Huskers defeated the Vancouver Trojans 18-3 with Brady Emblem leading the way on defence with 17 points.
The Victoria Rebels defeated the Kamloops Broncos 57-2 with Lance Milton returning a punt 64 yards for a TD.
The OFC and PFC teams have opened their main camps with regular season play starting the weekend of August 11/12.
The BCFC has three games scheduled on Saturday.
In Nanaimo the Raiders host the Victoria Rebels at Caledonia Park at 3:00 pm. The South Surrey Rams travel to Kamloops for a 7:00 pm against the Broncos at Hillside Stadium. The second 7:00 pm tilt will take place at Burnaby Lakes Complex as the Vancouver Trojans host the Okanagan Sun. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Canadian Junior Football League provides the opportunity for young men aged 17 to 22 to participate in highly competitive post-high school football that is unique in Canada.
